The lifetime of a render’s tokens: the project’s override when it has one, otherwise the render budget (seconds) plus STORYBOOK_URL_TTL_GRACE, never below DEFAULT_STORYBOOK_URL_TTL and never above MAX_STORYBOOK_URL_TTL. A pass cannot outlive its budget, so a token derived from it lasts as long as the pass that carries it.
