Hard limits for archives (both directions). Zip64 is unsupported, so entries stay < 65535 and archives stay far below 4 GiB.

Maximum size of an archive in either direction: the combined uncompressed size of an import, and what an export may stream. Matches the import request-body ceiling, so every export can be imported back.
