Relying-party id. Defaults to the baseURL hostname.

WebAuthn needs a secure context: localhost (any port) or HTTPS. Plain-HTTP LAN/IP deployments cannot use passkeys — the UI hides passkey affordances there (see passkey-ceremony.ts).
